We use this service exclusivly on our "Gallery" pages. When you open one of the "Gallery" pages, your browser automatically connects to SmartFrame and displays the picture using their technology.

For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct conntection to SmartFrame's servers. SmartFrame thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via you IP address. 3. Offers and Conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of products in this online store doesn’t represent a legally binding offer, it presents an invitation to place an order.

3.2 By clicking the Checkout-Button you place a legally binding declaration of intent to order the items that are listed in the shopping bag. The purchase agreement is concluded, by us verifying the completion of your ordering process with a confirmation mail to your supplied E-Mail address. This mail will include all details of your order and copy of the presented terms and conditions.

3.3 Until your order is completed, it and its Terms and Conditions are saved by us. This data is available to you in the mail that was sent according to paragraph 3.2. You also have the possibility to save or print the text of these Terms and Conditions in the process of ordering.

4. Return Shipment Cost

When exercising your Right of Withdrawal (as stated in paragraph 5), you must bear the costs of the return shipment.

Orders and Deliveries are only possible in the following areas: Europe, Great Britain, Russia, Asia, North America, Australia, South America. If you want to order from any other part of the world, send us an email and we will try to figure something out.

7. Prices and Shipment Costs

7.1 The prices listed on the product pages already contain sales taxes.

7.2 Additional to the listed prices a shipment cost is due. The shipment costs very based on the country the order is sent to and the exact prices can be found in the “Delivery information”-step of the checkout process.

8. Payment and Delivery

Payment is due at the moment of ordering and the ordered goods are not sent until the full payment has reached our accounts. The available payment routes can be found on the “Payment information”-step of the checkout process and can vary by country.

9. Retention of Ownership

Until an item is fully payed, the item is our property.

Instructions of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
